Ladies get your dresses and hats/fascinators ready! Gentlemen get ready to don your best suits as due to high demand, YLS is heading to Royal Ascot 2022!
A major event in both the Sporting and Social calendar, Royal Ascot attracts people from all over the world to come and enjoy the best of British summertime and witness the best in Equestrian Sports along with a high level of social interaction.
We here at YLS love to put on a fantastic event that brings people together under the sunshine to share laughs whilst experiencing ‘A Day Like Nowhere Else.’
The MAIN INFORMATION
DATE: SATURDAY 18TH JUNE 2022
TIME: 10:30AM-9:00PM
VENUE: ASCOT RACECOURSE, SL5
TICKET PRICE: £75 PER PERSON (Ticket price includes return transportation from NW London to Ascot Racecourse and Group Discounted entry to the renowned ‘Village Enclosure.’)
MAXIMUM TICKETS AVAILABLE: 50 TICKETS ONLY, DUE TO LIMITED NUMBERS FOR TRANSPORTATION
SALES DEADLINE: Due to the scale of organising an event like this we would need to implement a deadline to buy tickets, so that we can arrange everything with enough lead time.
SALES WILL END AT 11:59PM ON TUESDAY 31st MAY
Please note: YLS has based all prices on actual cost price and are not profiting from this event in any manner. The whole ticket cost will go towards coach hire and entry ticket to Royal Ascot.
THE VILLAGE ENCLOSURE
The Village Enclosure has been picked as our desired enclosure, due to its location on the complex which boasts unobstructed views of the finish line and is directly facing the famous grandstand. The Village Enclosure has also been chosen due to the festival type atmosphere it provides. There are a large range of gourmet food outlets and several bars to purchase beverages. THE BIG QUESTION: DRESS CODES?
Royal Ascot operates a strict dress code policy and management reserve the right to refuse entry to any personnel who is non-compliant with the dress code.

A useful tip for both ladies and gentlemen is to look at photos online of previous Royal Ascot events and see what people were wearing to give you some inspiration.
