We are excited to share that due to the success of the previous YLS Children’s Garba events, we are thrilled to be making a return this year.

Join us on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, at the Dhamecha Lohana Centre starting from 12:00 pm.

Prepare for a delightful and engaging afternoon filled with activities such as aarti decorating, garba, dandiya raas, a special aarti session, with lunch included.

This event is tailored for children aged 2 to 12 years old. Children under 2 year old, do not require tickets. Children aged 2 years and above will need to purchase tickets.

Please note that once you enter the website, there will be a waiting room to allow us to control the demand.

A maximum of three tickets of each type is allowed per transaction and a limit on ticket purchases will be enforced.

• £8 – Adult’s Ticket

Due to high demand, it is strongly advised that you purchase tickets promptly to avoid disappointment. If you find that tickets are sold out for your preferred date, please check availability for the second date if you can attend that date.

• To ensure fairness, attendance will be limited to one of the two events.
• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• If you just purchase adult tickets, your tickets will be cancelled.

• *What age group of children can attend?* 
  This event is primarily aimed at children aged between 2-12 years old.
• *How do I register more than 3 children or more adults?*
  Each transaction will allow up to three children and three adults. Multiple transactions may be required if you have more than three children, subject to availability.
• *If I have purchased tickets and am no longer able to attend, am I able to get a refund?*
  All sales are final, and all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. YLS appreciates that circumstances can change, so if you are no longer able to attend the event, please contact us at ylskidsgarba@gmail.com, as this may provide the opportunity to a child on the waiting list.
• *Best way to find out about YLS Kids Garba or other YLS events going forward?*
  The best way is to purchase membership for YLS or LCNL, which includes added benefits such as early access to Kids Garba tickets. Membership is subject to the terms of YLS and LCNL.

  To keep up to date regarding YLS Kids Garba and other YLS events, you can:

• Please note that anyone attending the event without purchasing a valid ticket will NOT be allowed entry to the event.
• Booking the event for both days will result in your tickets being cancelled.
• Sharing of the pre-release LCNL/YLS member link will also result in your ticket being cancelled.
• Should the children’s tickets sell out by the time you enter the website and you just buy adults tickets, they will not be honoured and will be cancelled.
