Come and join us for our very first ‘Be the Best You in 2022’ event: Mind Power!

Anxiety and Depression have been on the rise especially in the past few years where we have had to change our lives to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Due to the current challenges of accessing professional help through the NHS, the importance of self-help has become increasingly crucial. We are discussing the various self-help techniques that you can use and take away with you today.

Our talented speaker, Priya Vyas, a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist will explore a conversation around anxiety and depression  – breaking the silence. Priya will also talk through some of the self-help techniques used in her practice.

Our courageous speaker, Anjli Prit, a mental health advocate who will talk through her personal experience and the self-help techniques that she has used.

This event will be open to both members and non-members.
